COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER
Description: We have some of the lucrative and aggressive private commercial lending partners with a broad variety of commercial interests and the understanding of urgency. The LO will be responsible for marketing and creating relationships with prospective clients, putting together the initial loan package, and qualifying them. Our unique set of programs allows us an unlimited ceiling for maximum loan amounts. The commercial LO will have the option to market other loan services if they desire to help build a customer base and/or have quicker closings for more immediate income. Reports directly to the CEO.
Payment: This is a commission only based, 1099 position. How much you earn will depend on how you work. You will be responsible for your own taxes, so you have the ability to have your own write-offs. Payments are distributed every week proceeding after the loans are funded. Quarterly bonuses based on combined monthly volume for each quarter on a set bonus structure (HUGE six figure potential on quarterly bonuses alone!).
Commission amount: To be discussed on a case by case basis based on a combination of experience, production, quality of work, and the services provided.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience with an entrepreneurial drive. Must have some background in the real estate and/or mortgage industry as acting agents, loan officers, loan originators, or brokers. SBA experience desired but not required. The ideal candidate must have some knowledge or familiarity of how an executive summary is put together. Must be able to provide at least 3 professional references. Will offer a fast-track program to the right candidate that starts as a business loan consultant. Must be a U.S citizen and be able to pass a background check. Any prior convictions of fraud or theft will be automatically dismissed.
